Our pricing is simple and based on your rug's width โ with free collection and delivery included in every price. Rugs up to 90cm start from ยฃ45. Up to 1.2m is ยฃ70. Up to 1.6m is ยฃ85. 4. How quickly will I get my rug back?
Most standard machine-made and synthetic rugs are returned within 72 hours (2โ3 working days) of collection. Handmade, heavily soiled, or specialist rugs such as Persian or Oriental pieces may take up to 14 days. We'll always give you a clear timeframe when you book, and we'll never rush the drying process โ a damp rug causes damage.
5. What types of rugs do you clean?
We clean virtually every type of rug โ Persian, Oriental, wool, silk, viscose, synthetic, shaggy, modern designer, heirloom, children's rugs, and commercial entrance mats. We also handle very large rugs up to 3m and beyond. The only rugs we typically decline are very badly stained viscose rugs where cleaning would cause more damage than good.
6. Can you remove pet urine smell from a rug?
Yes โ pet odour is the single most common reason people contact us. Our full immersion washing process combined with specialist deodourising treatment breaks down urine compounds at the fibre level, rather than just masking the surface smell. In most cases we achieve a dramatic improvement. We'll always be honest about expectations before we start.

None whatsoever. We clean rugs of all sizes โ including very small mats, runners, and door mats โ and we don't have a minimum order value. Every rug gets the same thorough, multi-stage cleaning process regardless of its size or monetary value.
