How long does rug cleaning take?
Allow around 7–10 working days from collection. Delicate rugs or additional treatments may take longer; we’ll confirm the expected timing with you.
Do I need to drop my rug off?
We offer collection and delivery at your door in our quoted service areas. We also work with selected drop-off partners if that is easier for you.
Can you clean wool, Persian and Oriental rugs?
Yes. We inspect the construction and fibres, test dyes where needed, and select a suitable cleaning method before washing.
